This course introduces you to the basic steps of facial treatments. The importance of cleansing and skin analysis to determine the correct skin type and the most beneficial treatment, the exfoliation process, the extraction of blackheads where needed dependent upon the health of the skin and facial massage to relax and stimulate the skin and facial muscles. Finally we shall cover how to determine which type of facial mask to use (dry, oily, combination, sensitive, mature) and the application of toners and protective creams. What materials

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a large towel plus a notebook and pen if you wish to take notes, although hand-outs and information sheets will be given out during the course. What previous knowledge/experience/skills are required? No previous experience is necessary for this programme and both women and men are welcome. On completion of the course all attendees shall be given a certificate of attendance/CPD.
