This is a practical course on how to carry out Manicures and Pedicures.

Course Content
This course introduces you to the basics of hand and foot care, the removal of all old polish, clipping and filing nails as desired, soaking and preparing the hands and feet. The exfoliation process, hand and foot massage techniques and the application of polish to the finger and toe nails.

What materials are needed for this course?
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a large towel plus a notebook and pen if you wish to take notes, although hand-outs and information sheets will be given out during the course.

What previous knowledge/experience/skills are required?
No previous experience is necessary for this programme and both women and men are welcome. On completion of the course all attendees shall be given a certificate of attendance/CPD.
