INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE is a treatment based on old Ayurvedic techniques involving work on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp & face. A variety of massage movements are used to relieve accumulated tension, stimulate circulation & restore joint movement. I.H.M is also used to aid the condition & health of the hair particularly when combined with the use of natural organic oils.

This is a practical course on how and when to use Indian Head Massage.

Course Content
This program will cover: Contra-indications to Indian Head Massage, the history of IHM, the benefits of IHM and the classification of the different massage movements/techniques. But in basic terms you will learn how perform an Indian Head Massage before enjoying the benefits of receiving one in return.

What materials are needed for this course?
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a notebook and pen if you wish to take notes, although hand-outs and information sheets will be given out during the course.

What previous knowledge/experience/skills are required?
No previous experience is necessary for this programme and both men and women are welcome. On completion of the course all attendees shall be given a certificate of attendance/CPD.
