REIKI a simple transfer of energy though the hands, it originates from the Japanese words Rei—meaning universal & Kei—meaning life energy.

This is a practical course on how and when to use Reiki.

Course Content
This program will cover: The history of Reiki, how Reiki works, chakras & auras, Reiki ideals, causes of disease, different forms of Reiki treatment and various exercises to feel the energy and gain confidence in Reiki.

What materials are needed for this course?
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a notebook and pen if you wish to take notes, although hand-outs and information sheets will be given out during the course.

What previous knowledge/experience/skills are required?
No previous experience is necessary for this programme and both men and women are welcome. On completion of the course all attendees shall be given a certificate of attendance/CPD.
