This program will cover: Contra-indications to aromatherapy, the history of aromatherapy, the benefits of aromatherapy and the classification of the different oils and how they can be used to treat differing disorders.  But in basic terms you will learn how perform a full aromatherapy massage before enjoying the benefits of receiving one in return.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE - Is a treatment based on old Ayurvedic techniques involving work on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp & face.  A variety of massage movements are used to relieve accumulated tension, stimulate circulation & restore joint movement. I.H.M is also used to aid the condition & health of the hair particularly when combined with the use of natural organic oils.

 

This program will cover: Contra-indications to Indian Head Massage, the history of IHM, the benefits of IHM and the classification of the different massage movements/techniques.  But in basic terms you will learn how perform an Indian Head Massage before enjoying the benefits of receiving one in return.

REIKI - Is a simple transfer of energy though the hands, it originates from the Japanese words Rei—meaning universal & Kei—meaning life energy.

 

Reiki relieves stress and tension and helps the body heal itself, it can only be used for good, and it feels warm gentle and soothing. Reiki is not a belief system and you don't have to believe in it for the energy to work, it is not harmful in anyway, there are no bad side effects and you cannot overdose on it. Reiki is not a replacement for medical attention it's simply a supplementary aid.
